RezQuest Accommodations Bookiing Procedures and Policies
There are 2 types of reservations policies:
Booking a Hotel, B&B, Inn, or Boutique Hotel or
Booking a self catered Recreational Property
Cancellation policy vary depending on the lodging.
Your agent will inform you accordingly.
Booking a Hotel
Bed And Breakfast, Inns, Boutique Hotels, Resorts.
Your reservation order is processed quickly in ONE easy step.
As small deposit is required at the time of reservation to guarantee your booking. Once the reservation deposit is processed, we immediately email your Final Confirmation with check-in instructions and all the complete details of your accommodation, with Direction Maps, Address, Telephone Number, Owner contact information and everything you need to know to reach your destination safely.
Final Balance is payable at the accommodation upon your arrival.

Booking a Recreational Property
Apartment Suites, Condo, Chalet, Cottage, Cabins
& Vacation Homes
There are 2 steps to reserve a recreational property:
A) The first step is the Reservation Booking Confirmation.
A small deposit, (generally between 15% - 30%) is required to book the property, (we accept Visa, Master Card, or Amex). This deposit amount goes towards your reservation, it is NOT an extra charge. The Rental Deposit Is Non-Refundable, bu can be applied as a credit towards a future reservation deposit for up to one year if You Do Need To Cancel or change your Reservation within the property's cancellation policy (generally 30 - 45 Days), this deposit credit is tranferable towards a Future Reservation Deposit on any of our features properties (Condos, Chalets, B&B, Inns or Boutique Hotels) anywhere in North America.
B) The second step is the Property's Rental Agreement terms, conditions and policies:
Normally within 20 minutes of placing your reservation order, you will receive an e-mail copy of your deposit receipt and the outilne of the Rental Agreement to which were explained and agreed to at the time of your reservation for return with your signature. In this final agreement you maybe asked to select and initial your final balance payment method , which is normally due 30 - 45 days prior to your check-in date . Once your final payment is processed, you will then receive your final confirmation with check-in Instructions, Entry access information, Direction Maps, Address, Telephone Number, Owner contact information and everything you need to reach your destination safely and enjoy your stay!
Note: A $40.00 Cancellation administration fee may be applicable. If you need to cancel your reservation for a property, depending on the property, we normally require notice of at least either 30 - 45 Days prior your arrival date, otherwise you will loose your deposit and will be responsible for the unsold nights.
