Your reservation order is processed in ONE easy step.
As small deposit is required at the time of reservation to guarantee your booking. Once the reservation deposit is processed, we then immediately email your Final Confirmation with check-in instructions and all the complete details of your accommodation, with Direction Maps, Address, Telephone Number, Owner contact information and everything you need to know to reach your destination safely.
Final Balance is payable at the accommodation upon your arrival.

There are 2 steps to reserve a recreational property:
A) The first step is the Reservation Booking Confirmation.
A small deposit, generally between 10% - 25% is required to hold the reservation, (we accept Visa, Master Card, or Amex). This deposit amount goes towards your reservation , it is NOT an extra charge. The Rental Deposit Is Non-Refundable, although, If You Do Need To Cancel your Reservation within the property's cancellation policy (either 30 - 45 Days), this deposit credit is tranferable within one year, towards a Future Reservation Deposit on any of our features properties (Condos, Chalets, B&B, Inns or Boutique Hotels) anywhere in North America.
A $40.00 Cancellation Charge for any cancellation may apply. If you need to cancel your reservation for a property, we normally require notice of at least either 30 - 45 Days prior your arrival date, otherwise you will loose your deposit and will be responsible for the unsold nights.
B) The second step is the Property's Rental Agreement terms, conditions and policies:
Normally within 20 minutes of placing your reservation order, you will receive an e-mail copy of the Rental Agreement for your review and signature to be completed and returned to us. In this final rental agreement you will select and initial your final balance payment method , which is normally due 30 - 45 days prior to your check-in date . You can elect to either pay by Credit Card, if you wish to avoid a 2.5% admin fee, you may elect to pay your final balance by Money Order, or Certified Check. Once we have received and processed your final payment, we then send out a final email confirmation with your check-in instructions, Direction Maps, Address, Telephone Number, Owner contact information and everything you need to know to reach your destination safely and enjoy your stay
